How mom can join the rhythm
Match baby's bedtime for the first 8 weeks — go to sleep at 7–8 PM yourself.
Take the first nap of the day with baby; protect at least one nap as your own rest, not chores.
Trade the 'second shift' with a partner: one of you covers 8 PM–2 AM, the other 2 AM–8 AM.
